The project was piloted to demonstrate new service concepts prior to the commissioning of Mount Elizabeth Novena. Our team remodelled the interior, leveraging on intuitive way finding and visual cues to orientate visitors in a convoluted space where two building abut. Supported by a concierge service and a customer focused frontline staff, visitor experience was completely transformed.
