The relocation of Court’s Regional Headquarters to a ‘Big Box’ retail park, provided an opportunity to re-engineer the offices. The totally open plan concept incorporated some novel concepts for moving bundles of receipts and sales vouchers through the back office where library trolleys and open plan shelving were deployed. The main conference room sits squarely in the reception as a testament to the company’s values of transparency and collaboration.
