Recently completed, the relocation of the Hong Lam Marine offices to OUE Downtown 2 in Shenton Way provides the privately owned firm with a bright and efficient new facility. Merrowsmith Design Partnership was engaged to lead the design and project manage the fit-out. The specialist shipping company enjoys the transformation to an efficient space that comfortably meets their operational requirements. After conducting key stakeholder interviews and analysing storage requirements, we were able to obtain user buy-in to reduce the storage footprint by 50%, which in turn created opportunities for enhanced communal facilities such as the enlarged pantry, conference and training rooms.
