Team work is critical to the safety, efficiency and meeting the customer’s needs. With a staff strength of 120 in the office and a crew strength of about 774, operations are incredibly human centred. With this insight we created a contemporary office of international quality on a local budget in a grade A downtown space.

We reduced storage, improved workflow, communications and brought to the office a sense of belonging. This is particularly important for engineers who spend time away from the office, and for crew members who want to feel welcome and part of the team when attending orientation and training in the office.

The new offices have increased the visibility of the company, to the point where visitors compliment the ambiance of the office.

In June 2019, Caroline Yang, the client lead for our project, was appointed President of the Singapore Shipping Association, the first lady to hold the office of president since formation of SSA in 1985.
